    It is, however, as full of life and joy as any of the La Düsseldorf classics, and appears to have been built up from another of the `sketch' jams, even featuring a return of the chord progression from `Sketch No. 4" in the refrain. It is incredibly catchy and is probably my favourite track on the album /5(11).

    Japandorf is a album by Klaus Dinger and several other musicians, released under the name " Klaus Dinger + Japandorf " by Grönland Records. It was recorded in the year before Dinger's death on Good Friday and is the only one of three albums made since to have been released.

If pressed for a not-entirely-representative thumbnail précis, one could suggest that it sounds like a hot date between La Düsseldorf of old and Shonen Knife, with the unburdened joy this entails.
